Our family has been environmentally conscientious for years. As a part of being creatures of the planet earth we strive to make responsible descisions. We use natural, local food where possible. Our cleaning products are bio hazard free, organic, biodegradable and earth friendly. Our take out products are recycled earth friendly. We reduce, reuse and recycle. Yes, all of the wine bottles go to the recycling center. We compost restaurant waste and grow our herbs organically. We purchase wind powered electricity. There will always be room for improvement but we try to do our part. Please join us. |
